Red Runners or the "Turkistan Roach".

These soft bodied roaches roaches are an extremely fast  active feeder and are another popular alternative for spiders, mantids, bearded dragons, geckos, and plenty of other species. 
Nymphs can not climb smooth surfaces or fly and can be kept similar to dubia roaches. 
If you have a pet that is bored with their current staple feeder or no longer showing any interest, give red runners a try. They fast moving roaches are sure to peak their interest.
